How cancellations and refunds are handled
This page sets expectations for subscription cancellation, billing changes, and refund handling for DigiTree plans.
Subscription cancellation
Paid plans may be canceled from the account or billing area once live billing is enabled. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations apply to future renewal cycles and do not retroactively reverse already consumed access.
Refund policy
Because DigiTree is a digital software service, refunds are generally reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a duplicate charge, technical billing failure, or accidental renewal occurs, contact support for review.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades may change access limits, compare availability, refresh priority, and billing status. Final billing treatment depends on the active payment provider and its subscription lifecycle rules.
